I had the opportunity to eat lunch at a meeting held by the Department of Catholic Schools of the Archdiocese of San Antonio last week. The menu included Chicken Chardonnay, salad and garlic bread. I've also eaten meals served by numerous other caterers in the past at different events but this meal last week stood far above the rest. The food was delicious, visually appealing and served hot. The salad was so fresh! It was all I could do to not go back for seconds as I was trying my best to resist gluttony! I took a business card with me and shared my opinion with my coworkers and boss who all agreed it was a win. We will definitely remember Four Sisters Catering!

Four Sisters Catering provides exceptional catering. The Chicken Chardonnay Package, with its tender, melt-in-your-mouth chicken and pasta in a rich, flavorful Chardonnay sauce, is comparable to a 5-star kitchen. Everyone enjoyed the meal and raved about it. For each event, the food was the same--scrumptious, no complaints. What elevates the experience even more is the impeccable service provided. The catering team is professional and genuinely gracious. Each time the experience was the same. Each time Nicole made the process stress-free. It is a perfect solution to our catering needs. Gloria

Four Sisters Catering did a phenomenal job at catering our company's Christmas Party this year. Both the food AND the service were exceptional. Our server, Kate, was friendly but professional and was a pleasure to work with and to visit with. Our bartender, Robert, was amazing and kept us all in stitches throughout the night. I have already been asked by several attendees for contact information for Four Sisters, as they are wanting to use Four Sisters for their own upcoming events. Definitely a 5 STAR company who delivers 5 STAR service! Highly recommend!

Our team couldn't stop talking about how amazing everything tasted. It truly elevated our Thanksgiving gathering and made the day effortless on our end. My sincere thanks to the entire 4 Sisters team for presenting such a wonderful reception for my retirement social! The dishes were delicious and desserts completely gone by the end of the evening (so good!). My guests thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Thank you as well for your recommendation for table rentals. James at Alamo Premier Rentals was fantastic. The whole evening was elegant. From start to finish, you all did a marvelous job!

Four Sisters Catering took care of our Christmas Dinner and it was excellent. 15 guests. We ordered the Lemon Butter Chicken Package, Chubby Vegetarian, Green Bean Almondine, Asparagus, and Assorted Dessert Tray. The food was delicious! They delivered and set up quickly, professionally. Staff was cheerful and on time. It was a success! I highly recommend them for any catering needs. I will definitely use them again for future events. Thank you.

My daughters and I decided to cater through Four Sisters for our Thanksgiving meal this year. It was beyond outstanding! The turkey was so moist, and the side dishes were so excellent - sweet potatoes, green beans, dressing, mashed potatoes - all so delicious! The instructions for reheating were included and very easy-to-follow. Whatever was left after lunch was gone by that evening - everyone kept going back to the refrigerator for another plate! Tiffini and Nicole were so easy to work with, and so professional in their service. We give a 5-Star recommendation for sure!!!

This weekend our extended family celebrated our Mother's 100th Birthday. Four Sisters catering took care of the menu, the food and setting up everything for our party. The main course was a very rich and yummy Lemon Chicken with Rosemary on Penne pasta. There was a stunning charcuterie plate with fruits, cheeses, cold cuts and a riotous mix of breads and crackers to accompany them. There was also a salmon dip and small dishes of olives, almonds and jams. It looked almost too good to eat but the whole plate was consumed by the end of the party. In addition, we had a very delicious spinach and strawberry salad with roasted pecans, garlic bread and 4 different kinds of desserts all of which were being fought over (very civilly) throughout the event. Tiffini really guided me through the process, delivered a delicious repast exactly on time and set up a stunning presentation, all for a very fair price. Also, she patiently adjusted the menu based on family member allergies and dietary restrictions. I highly recommend.
