My wife and I have enjoyed the services of Four Sisters Catering for many varied occasions, from large to small events, and they are equally good at either. For example, they did a large 60th birthday party as well as a niece’s smaller birthday party. We especially like their dinners in the home for business or for family. They did a Christmas luncheon for my wife’s church ladies group last year and we have them booked again for this coming Christmas.

We have never been disappointed, and we are very pleased to recommend them.

Shrimp in Wine Sauce

Toss the shrimp in the flour, which has been seasoned with salt & pepper.
Heat olive oil in skillet, add the shrimp and brown lightly on both sides.
Mix the scallion with the tomato paste, wine & water & stir into skillet.
Cook over low heat 5 minutes.  Stirring occasionally.
Adjust seasoning & sprinkle  with parsley & serve. 

This dish is excellent with a wonderful  New Orleans Rice Pilaf and Grilled Asparagus
with a hint of lemon butter sauce.
